Ethics Policy

Principle:

 

Castingtree's guiding principles are is Honesty, fairness, transparency, respect and integrity. We are commited to applying thse principles in our dealings with Employees, Clients, Vendors, Partners and Associates.

Honesty and Fairness

Zero Tolerance approach towards Corruption and Bribery and commitment to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings.

Equal Oppertunity

Equal employment opportunities for all Associates regardless of race, color, caste, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, disability or other status. This Principle applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruiting, hiring, training, work assignment, promotion, transfer, termination, and salary administration.

Prevention of Overcharging to Client

. Castingtree should take all possible measures to make sure at no point is client overcharged for any projects (directly or for a third party services). Castingtree is known to achieve project goals in a cost controlled fashion.

Measures:

. Always negotiate fair cost with all vendors.

. Avoid last minute decision to allow appropriate time for sourcing fair cost services.

. Travel - All employees to travel in best fare airline and budget hotels. This in turn saves money for our Clients.

. Negotiations - When carrying out negotiations on behalf of our clients, we should target the fare price based on the project and service in hand. We are trusted by our client 

. Never have any margins -  Castingtree never keeps any margin on third party services like Talent fees and Studio Rentals. Always charge the actual cost from the Client.

Respect for colleagues and associates

Respect is the base of what we do at Castingtree. While we debate and at times put forward our arguments to our colleagues and clients, it should be done for an overall good of the job in hand and at no point should our method be perceived as disrespectful to anyone. 

 

Our dealings with our vendors and free lancers who work for us should be done in a mutually respectful way.

 

Respecting people means respecting their time and schedule. We should by all means possible stick to our deadlines, timelines and schedules (including payment schedules).
